Michael Caranci began his fly fishing career with The Fly Shop in 2001, and has since dedicated his life to the passion and sport of fly fishing. He’s guided nearly every river in Northern California, and as an International Destination Travel Specialist for The Fly Shop he is fortunate to travel around the world with Scott Fly Rods in hand. His areas of expertise include Kamchatka, Mongolia, Christmas Island and Fanning Island in the Equatorial Pacific, the Seychelles, Belize, Bahamas, Cuba, and all across South America including jungle fishing in Bolivia and Brazil and trout fishing from Chilean Patagonia to Tierra del Fuego.
