Residing in Calgary Alberta Canada Paul first cut his teeth on the difficult rainbow and Brown trout in the mighty Bow River. After many years of honing his skills on the Bow as well as many other Western Canadian rivers and creeks Paul has developed a passion for fly fishing rivaled by few, this is evident in the sheer number of days he can be found on the water guiding, teaching and fishing during the season spending every spare moment on his beloved streams. With his extraordinary patience and teaching background he has developed a loyal following of adventuresome Anglers with which he shares his enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of the sport and all that it has to offer. Whether it be chucking big ugly streamers from a drift boat along the banks of the Bow River or the careful and quiet stalking of large trout in some lesser known small streams and Spring Creeks Paul loves it all and can never get enough of the incredible angling opportunities his home waters have to offer. A devout Scott fly rods aficionado Paul has been affiliated with Scott for the better part of a decade and he looks forward continuing this partnership for years to come.
