Jim Klug is the owner of Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, a company that specializes in exotic, high-quality angling experiences around the globe. Jim and his team have three decades of combined personal experience and a hands-on, cutting edge approach to their business. Their greatest source of pride comes from their repeat clientele. Most of all, they just love to fish, wherever and whenever they can.

Jim began flyfishing at the age of twelve, wetting his first flies on Oregon's Deschutes River. After a brief "real-world" sabbatical to graduate from Dartmouth College, he spent seven years guiding the waters of the Rockies (Montana, Colorado and New Mexico) before becoming a sales representative for several top-tier fly fishing manufacturers, including Scott. In 1999, Jim went to work as National Sales Manager for Scientific Anglers, a company he continues to consult for. An avid fish-head in every sense, Jim now divides his time between Bozeman, Montana and the warm waters of the Caribbean.

Jim has been a part of the Scott gang for well over a decade. He has shared some of our best streamside campfires. If you are looking for some intense adventure with a Scott fly rod, we could not recommend anyone better.
