Capt. Billy Trimble has over 30 years fly fishing in Texas and beyond, from Bonefish in the Bahamas and Salmon in Alaska, to Bass and Sunfish in the Hill country and Redfish in the Gulf bays. His intimate knowledge of the pursuit of Texas Redfish comes from countless hours spent poling a canoe and flats boat across the shallow waters from Pt. O’Conner to Pt. Isabel. He utilizes his vast experience guiding clients in the shallow waters of the central Texas coast, sightcasting for Redfish, Speckled Sea Trout, and Black Drum.

Capt. Billy lives in Aransas Pass, TX, where he operates Trimble Fly Fishing. Billy guides fly anglers of all experience from beginners to expert, and specializes in helping beginners improve their skills. His favorite rod for fishing the Texas coast is the S4s 907/4 on most days, and an S4s 908/4 when the wind kicks up.
